The weather in England is sensational.  Best weather we have ever had.  A very long hot and dry spell. A heatwave that has lasted 2 weeks and still going.  Fingers crossed it stays nice for a while yet.
 
Whilst we were in Bath we took a few day trips and the other day we went to Avebury to see the standing stones.  Not as famous as Stonehenge but much bigger and you can get up close and touch them.  They are spread out over a very large area of sheep paddocks but the National Trust has put in paths in the chalk to make it easier to navigate around the site.
