It was such beautiful weather that we decided to spend a couple of days in the Norfolk Broads.
The Broads are a series of connected waterways and are close to the sea. You don't have to be on the water to enjoy it all.
There are many lovely villages to explore. Restored windmills are dotted around the countryside. Medieval churches and lovely beaches to explore.
It is also very close to Sandringham and we visited the Queen's little holiday home there. I was able to take photos inside as it is her private residence but I was able to take photos of the outside and the grounds. There are 600 hectares of land surrounding the house.
Hunstanton, or 'Hunston' as it is known locally, is renowned for its unique striped cliffs and magnificent sunsets
